Fools and Rushmore (Rhythm Talk) - 8 for SOCIETY

Rhythm Talk is one of the best nights in London. Taking over basements all over east London, Fools and Rushmore play music right up our street, and their nights are always mad fun, which is why we thought it was about time they came and played our basement, which they’re doing next Thursday (29th March).

The night is going to be a bit of a Jackin’/Booty/Ballroom/Porno special, so expect lots of sleaze, a touch of voguing and a sweaty dancefloor. We asked the boys for 5 tracks they may well play on the night and we ended up being spoiled with eight. You can hear their choices below…

DJ Assault - Undeniable Mission

DJ Deeeon - Dik N Balls

Tyree - Nuthin’ Wrong

Underground Resistance - Hardlife (Aaron Carl Remix)

Vincent Flood - Your Eyes

Steve Poindexter - Computer Madness

Paul Johnson - Feel My MF Bass

Geeman - Bang’t

SOCIETY presents DJ Pierre acid house warehouse party

HUGE NEWS! For our fourth Acid House all-nighter we have the INVENTOR OF ACID HOUSE, DJ Pierre flying in from Chicago, USA.

Call him Phuture, Pierre’s Pfantasy Club, Phortune, Phuture Phantasy Club, The Don, Photon Inc, Aly-Us, Nat “Jammin Jones”, Scratching Pierre, DJ Pierre, The Creator, Legend, Pioneer, Innovative, Timeless, Genius…they all apply. And now the man himself is coming to rock our warehouse with a one-off Acid House set.

The event is going to take place at a great new warehouse location in east London and as we’ve proved with our previous parties, we create a gathering that feels as much like 1989 as possible, with projections from the era, decor and original artwork influenced by artists like Keith Haring and Bill Drummond, and of course lasers, smoke and Funktion One sound.

Support DJs will be announced soon, but in the meantime you can get limited earlybird tickets for just £6 here.
